Dwan R. Petti is a connector, organizer, and community builder with a passion for bringing real estate investors together to create opportunities for growth. With a strong background in lead generation and marketing for a real estate team, she understands the power of strategic networking and visibility in building long-term success.

Recognizing the need for a stronger, more connected real estate investment community in Southern Colorado, Dwan founded SoCo REIA—a space where new and experienced investors can connect, learn from industry experts, grow their businesses and find deals. She focuses on organizing impactful meetings, featuring top professionals who provide valuable insights, strategies, and resources. And offering step by step in person consultations for members to reach their investment goals.
